I've been thinking of and painting snowy winter so far this month. Here are a couple of pieces - acrylic on canvas board - that show where I've been. I love the deep peacefulness that comes with winter and nature's slower pace. I still don't translate scenes exactly as I see them. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be for now.
